Dragonfly Dreams Print

Description: Sometimes to appreciate something, you have to interact with the subject from the right distance.  Here we have the wing of a dragonfly magnified so you can see all its glory.  To me it resembles the reflections of the ripples you see at the bottom of a pool on a hot summer day.  The colors are cool, and the setting is hot, just the right environment to spot one of these magical looking mosquito eating beauties.

This work was done with watercolor, my arch nemesis, and marker. 

About the print:  Printed on master's edition, off-white, archival 250 gsm/ 110lb museum-quality paper.  This print is acid-free, and the paper is also buffered with an alkaline reserve, such as calcium carbonate, to neutralize acid compounds absorbed from the atmosphere or formed through natural aging,  ensuring that your print will last many years without any yellowing or discoloration.
